I want to be empowered to know that I can make the right choices for my body and listening to what my body needs and this goes for relationships, parenting, career choices as well knowing when to take the right steps and when not to.

My Jump for Joy Goal:

I want to work on myself, my health, my mind frame and getting things where they need to be even if that means mentally knowing what I need to do and reaching the goals I set physically, career wise, relationship wise, parenting wise, everything,

My Background Story:

I ended up getting a brain tumour and having my left ovary and a 12cm tumour removed. It changed my life be threw things off track for me.
