My Challenge:
Healthy eating and exercising
My Limiting Belief:
I don't have enough time.
My New Belief:
You have time for what you want and being healthy is what I want so I have time to dedicate to it.
My Jump for Joy Goal:
Exercising at least 3x a week and eating well at least 90% of the time
My Background Story:
I've been pregnant or breast feeding all the time over the past 11 years and now that our family is complete, I want my body back and to not be ashamed of it.
My Progress & Results!
Week 0: Lisa's focus on week zero will be focusing on adding one healthy eating habit and finding a work out buddy.
