My Challenge:

Improving myself overall physically, mentally and emotionally as a wife, Mom and mental health therapist for kids.

My Limiting Belief: 

Life has created stress from work, from having two kids (ages 2&4) at home, running my home while working from home, from traveling to see our families and so on and so on and so on. I've been lax on my own self care to take care of others and this in turn has made me less patient and less present with my family.

My New Belief:

That it's ok to take time for me and by making time for me, I can be a better version of me for my family.

My Jump for Joy Goal:

Regular exercise, better diet, staying at home with my kids and unplugging from technology when possible!

My Background Story:

I had bad vibes about our daycare and decided to keep my kids home. I felt like I was not spending enough quality time with my family so this was a good way to fix that.
